This location was great – but my original contract was made with the location at 609 14th St SE in Decatur, AL. The reservation was for 9AM but when I arrived no one was there. I called their number and was told that they had a wrestling match to go to, and somebody MAY be there at 9:30 but not really sure. I then called the location on 6th Street; Decatur and he was great. He searched for the trailer I needed and made the reservation in Huntsville. Huntsville was great but I would not recommend the location on 14th street.

CIERA JThe scheduling technician Natalie was unprofessional and rude, and we were given less the 24 hours notice of change of pickup location and pickup time after closing hours so we were unable to reschedule others for our move that cost us and there was nothing done to rectify the situation. Also we had no moving blankets even though we had ordered them. I will not be using this service again.
