This was my best experience ever picking up a U-Haul. The only issue was the last minute change in location, as we had originally scheduled a truck from the Hazel Green location near us and ended up having to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. The location we picked up from was excellent.

KRYSTAL WPlease consider the actual needs of the customer with smaller equipment rentals. I literally used this for 6.5 hours, not 2 days. This allowed you all to rent the equipment out again, potentially doubling profits for that piece of equipment.
CHAD HWe bought wardrobe boxes and were told they would buy back ones that weren’t used, so we bought extras. Tried to return them there- to be told “oh, you have to return them to a U-Haul store”…the “U-Haul Store” wouldn’t take them because we bought them at a different location. Now I’m stuck w 80 bucks worth of cardboard. Not good.
