The scheduling technician Natalie was unprofessional and rude, and we were given less the 24 hours notice of change of pickup location and pickup time after closing hours so we were unable to reschedule others for our move that cost us and there was nothing done to rectify the situation. Also we had no moving blankets even though we had ordered them. I will not be using this service again.
