Even though the hours were until 6pm and I dropped the trailer off at 5:30pm the door was closed and I had to call a number listed on the door to connect with someone on where to drop the trailer to in the lot. They were pleasant so that was good.

Ken at this location is a super star. I pulled up, reversed to the trailer (already pulled out & clean of all snow) and before I shut the car off, Ken already had the trailer on the ball. I rent a lot of trailers and this location by far is the best in my opinion.
