Customer service was great and the process was pain free. My only complaint would be the mobile app. I had several issues with it both when doing the pre trip and post trip inspections. Thankfully your representatives were very helpful.

Karen RI requested a trailer for my son's move to University. I requested a certain size, location and pick up time. Day before all of these were changed by UHaul. Got a bigger trailer, which some may say is a good thing, but cost more gas and was not needed, made the trip more difficult . Pick up ended being 30 min away, and the time restraint because the new pick up location closed by 12 noon. We had to rearrange vehicles and people who could pick up, we did have other plans for the Saturday. This caused us on the day before much undo stress. Point of renting a trailer was to make the move stressfree. Not in this case.

Brent FI was sent the wrong location to pick uo the UHaul. When we arrived to pick up the UHaul at the wrong location there was no record of my reservation. After some calling around we were told to go to this location. When we arrived the attendant was absent. We then went back to the first location only to find that they had found our reservation. When we went to hook up the trailer the wiring did not work for the signal lights. We then had to go back to the this location. By this time the attendant was present. He also had our reservation. It was all very confusing. He hooked up the trailer and at first the signals did not work. After some cleaning of the wires etc the signals did work. This whole ordeal took well over an hour. The trailer had to be swept out and it did smell like smoke.

AL VBest customer service from any of the Uhaul locations I have worked with. Ken goes way beyond what anyone could ask for. In the winter Ken stores the trailers inside so when you arrive all nice and clean. He also helps hooking up just out of courtesy. He will call personally to give you heads up if their could be a potential delay. As a business owner who sells electric vehicles to first responders this is a big deal to me and my customers. We provide training to first responders and scheduling 5 officers for the same day, is a huge task for my clients. I CANNOT miss a scheduled training day. I know Ken has my back.
