Vanessa WExcellent customer service by Ken, very knowledgeable, we were very pleased with him, we needed a 26 uhual and he helped us get one, making our move much easier. 5 out of 5 stars.
Shelley SCustomer service was great and the process was pain free. My only complaint would be the mobile app. I had several issues with it both when doing the pre trip and post trip inspections. Thankfully your representatives were very helpful.
