Steven Lfix the leaks, make sure the tires aren't flat or have leaks, lubricate the roll up doors so they can be opened and closed,, balance the wheels so the trailer doesn't shake the car, lubricate the hand screw on the coupler so it operates properly
Ken bRhe representative rook over 30 minutes to check us out. He did not check the lights and we did not realize until the end of the trip that they did not work. He did not explain where to return the equipment, and I had an older gentleman come out and yell at me and degrade me when I put it in the wrong spot. I usually have good experiences with my many uhaul rentals. This was by far the worst.
