The staff was very dismissive and not helpful. We dropped off the tow dolly a day earlier than we were required to. They forgot to close it out so we ended up being charged for an additional day past the 5 days we'd already paid for. They issued a refund for the additional day so at least there's that.

JACORIE HWhen thr tow dolly was returned as agreed, I was called 3 days later saying it was NOT returned! Thank goodness we had a photo that was time stamped showing the dolly right where it was agreed to be.
Sandra WThe entrance was a little hard to find.
MARTHA RI had a reservation at a location closer to me but when I went to pick up the truck no one was there and when we called they didn’t have a record of our reservation. So it cost us more in mileage and they were closed when the truck was taken back. Then we had to make an extra trip to go settle the bill and now I get a notice that the balance wasn’t paid.
