Rhe representative rook over 30 minutes to check us out. He did not check the lights and we did not realize until the end of the trip that they did not work. He did not explain where to return the equipment, and I had an older gentleman come out and yell at me and degrade me when I put it in the wrong spot. I usually have good experiences with my many uhaul rentals. This was by far the worst.
