the 6x12 trailer i rented was old and had issues. past trailers ive rented did not have the issues this one did. - at 55+ mph the front wheel on the drivers side of the trailer began to shake and vibrate the trailer and my towing vehicle. i should have taken it back but they didnt have another 6x12 at this location and i figured if i lost a front wheel i still had second axle to keep the trailer rolling. I used the trailer to transport an old snowmobile chassis that weighed 300# so i wasn't too worried. - the trailer had misc cardboard pieces and a variety of screws and rivets rolling around inside. I swept it out as i didn't want to get whacked with a cleaning fee and i didnt want the misc hardware landing in my driveway causing flat tires. - the good news is that UHAUL got full price for the rental and now someone else gets to roll the dice with this trailer.

ZACHARY AAs far as the employees, rude and they don't know what they are doing. I delt with 2 employees when I picked up the trailer and one didn't know what he was doing and the other one was rude, same with when I dropped off the trailer.
GREGORY MThe customer service person had no idea what he was doing, the trailer lights had a short and didnt work correctly and the weather stripping around the door was in need or replacement. It didnt seal and it made the door extremely hard to open and close.
