I'd like to continue using your service, but two recent experiences in a row with rough issues is really tough to deal with. The actual price is never up front and is always way more than Im told. I find myself doing more work than employees with checking vehicles that were never inspected. Rerouted, again, less than 1 day before pickup with a smaller truck than reserved. Call service answer is 'trust me, we wont charge, but we also wont do anything or make note of issues.' First one had broken glass and food in cab a few months back, and this one had a brand new vehicle never checked in from last user with scratches all over it and a dented bumper. Associate wouldnt even come outside and add 'stickers' he mentioned 'should have' already been there, but discovered truck was never checked in when there was no key and it was still in the vehicle. Stuck paying insurance hoping im not responsible for somebody else's actions. I take good care of all vehicles, and two trips delivered early than return day and the same day rented cost me nearly $1000 for an 80 miles trip. Kind of crazy that you seem to big to care. Really unfortunate.

Stephanie LI made a reservation at a location close to me that had the trailer I needed to rent. Then a day or so before pickup, U-haul changed the pickup location and I had to drive an additional 80 miles to get the trailer. One would think if you made a reservation at a location, U-haul would make sure they had the equipment there and ready for you.
