Equipment was excellent. A little confusion on the time but was very happy with the service. Very nice family! Small operation. Will use again for sure.
EMILI HHave a full tank of gas to start. Was given with quarter of a tank of gas and almost ran out on the way back
DUSTIN DWhile I appreciated the convenience of self-serve pick up, it was more involved then I anticipated and the gas station employee was not able to help, though he did give me a number of someone (Rico) to call who was helpful. I did not do the pre-pickup work because the link I was sent did not work for me. Might be nice if the gas station had a simple sheet explaining how the system works (i.e., get the U-Haul app on your i-phone) for people like me who arrive fairly clueless. Now that I am more set up for it, I would use the system again.
