How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was horrible. Having to go to a lot was horrible. I set my drop off location but uhaul changed it. Or the lady at the counter did. I had to drop it off somewhere else. The lot at the place I dropped it off at was full and i had to park it in a weird spot. There were also a bunch of vehicles with people in the way. I was also charged the cleaning fee and I did not leave it a mess. It was a rip off.
