MATTHEW CWhat you can do is open a location in Truckee with a human being in charge. The kiosk style location did not work! I was rerouted to the Incline Village location because the internet access in Truckee wasn't good enough. I was delayed over an hour and this cost me an additional $57 in expenses, plus the cost of labor. The person who helped me on the phone and the person who helped me in Incline Village were very helpful.

BENJAMIN MTough to get anyone on the phone for returns, but we got there and someone met us. The guy there was not as friendly and seemed to be mad at first, but eventually warmed up a bit. Good thing I had photos of the gas Guage being 1/3rd tank when we left.
