I reserved a utility dolly and when I showed up to pick up my truck reservation I was told they did not have one. They offered no alternative and said that they sell dollys (in their hardware store) if I wanted one. Customer service at this location was awful.

SAUNDRA SReturned my truck today, was easy on the app, however could not place key into drop box. Key slot was too thin for key to be dropped. Not a huge issue cause I was able to drop off truck during business hours. I am not sure what I would have or could have done if they were closed.
