GRASS CLIPPINGD STUCK TO REAR DOOR. VERY DUSTY AND REAR DOOR VERY HARD TO CLOSE.
Keith LI rented out an appliance dolly to help move a washer, dryer, and several other heavy appliances. There wasn’t one ready for me in the truck and the location told us. They couldn’t get is today, because of something with not renting out equipment on Sunday and we’d have to get it tomorrow. I only rented the truck for Sunday.
Bret HI reserved a utility dolly and when I showed up to pick up my truck reservation I was told they did not have one. They offered no alternative and said that they sell dollys (in their hardware store) if I wanted one. Customer service at this location was awful.
