Tire tie-down straps were broken One of the safety cables had been dragged and was unusable Trailer brakes did not work General condition of trailer was unacceptable, Had to purchase additional tie-down straps to move vehicle I was highly disappointed in the overall experience, the personnel at the store had zero experience in renting the trailer and finally had to call another employee to complete the transaction. Took aprox 45 minutes. I truly believe that at least a partial refund is in order. Have your customer service contact me for further discussion Otherwise, I highly doubt that I will ever rent from U-Haul ever again. Sincerely, D
