UHaul itself did not have my online booking with the location. As a result I was charged twice for the same rental. It took an inordinate amount of time to book and to return, but less to return. Not certain my rating of the location had much to do with them….they were people to deal with.
CHARLES AAll was good except for when you call U-Haul the routing never goes to the right place ..if you want SK you get BC or wrong dept
DANIEL AMake sure equipment is clean and ready to be used. Reservation was made in the app July 16. Original pick up location was changed, and then even worse the same location wasn't even open and did not have the trailer in stock to be picked up. Had to drive 80km to Indian head for a measly 50% off rental price.
