The drop off process was very inadequate, the website was down and I was alerted 2 days later I did not return the vehicle, even though I returned it after only 3 hours of use, well within the time I rented it for. I was very frustrated with the service rep I spoke to on the phone. The drop off location person was helpful but the service rep did not help me at all. The disorganization was stressful.

andie cThe trailer was buried in snow. The inside of the trailer was full of snow. The attendant was pissed off and throwing the shovel around. Spent an extra 3/4 of an hour waiting to get the trailer. This is the second time iv rented at this location. It’ll be the last. Both times was a hassle. In the workers defense I get it. It sucks to be the one to have to do the shovelling. But I as a consumer don’t need to see it.
Charles TI wanted to drop off trailer friday at Rays mechanical and they said they were not open so i would like a refund for one days rental and my damage deposit back murray wilson 780 993 8760
Murray WUHaul itself did not have my online booking with the location. As a result I was charged twice for the same rental. It took an inordinate amount of time to book and to return, but less to return. Not certain my rating of the location had much to do with them….they were people to deal with.
CHARLES AAll was good except for when you call U-Haul the routing never goes to the right place ..if you want SK you get BC or wrong dept
DANIEL AMake sure equipment is clean and ready to be used. Reservation was made in the app July 16. Original pick up location was changed, and then even worse the same location wasn't even open and did not have the trailer in stock to be picked up. Had to drive 80km to Indian head for a measly 50% off rental price.
