There was a little bit of cigarette ash in the door handle of the drivers side. We are non smokers so please don’t think it was from us. The online check in and check out made the process so easy.

My pick up location was not where I wanted to pick-up. It was changed the day prior to pickup without my approval It cost me 1.5 extra hours of drive time and was a self serve location which I did not want. In the future I suggest that when a booking is approved, the company should be responsible for ensuring that the vehicle rented is at the location and not the customer's responsibility to pick up elsewhere.
Michael PThe 24/7 feature was a major fail due to the lock box code being incorrect or the old lock box being broken. Still awaiting confirmation that the charges were reversed on my credit card.
