It was an easy process to rent, pick up, and return the U Haul at this location. They were friendly and helpful. I definitely would rent from them again!

SCOTT HI reserved the truck online a week in advance. I requested the rental of blankets, a hand truck and a furniture dolly. The day before I received a text stating that my pickup location had been changed to Wayne Ave. When I arrived on time much to my surprise the office was CLOSED! Therefore I had no idea how I was supposed to pick up the truck I had reserved. It took an hour, multiple phone calls, had to download the U-Haul app and figure out how to use it. I finally was able to access the truck, however I had no moving blankets to protect our furniture, no hand truck and no furniture dolly. Absolutely inconvenient. The worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. Due to the hour delay, we had to unload in the rain!!
