I was automatically charged for the tow coverage without being asked if I wanted it or not. I never get the tow coverage because my auto insurance covers me. Poor service at the Wagners location.

alex aOvercharged me. Fixed it. And charged me AGAIN. Plus added insurance I did not select for. Hard to reach them. Been 2 weeks and had to file dispute with my bank.
KRISTINA BWay too many hidden fees. What should have been $67-68 between the rental rate and mileage rate was $149.39 after all the charges that were not discussed during any of the conversations I had with the Uhaul reps.
