Truck was not available for pickup via mobile pickup. The location was not open at the posted time. Truck was dirty. Broken mirror Very disappointed.
JEFFREY MMy reservation was at 7am and the lady that called me 2 days before, walked me through the app and how to get the keys that way. When I got onsite, I kept getting the error on the app that no truck was assigned. I got the help desk and they said I had to wait until they opened at 7:30 to get the keys. Glad it wasn’t long but frustrating it wasn’t an easy process.
