Jason TI arrived at 9:30 am my pickup time and no one was at the store. It was locked up. I connected with your chat who said they could not find my reservation. They finally showed up later and he had to empty the truck of paint supplies etc. I left the location around 10:30 one hour later than I should have. This was a brutal experience. I should receive a major discount to compensate me for a terrible customer service experience. You can credit my credit card. Thanks.
