Truck was to be picked up for 10am. We arrived at this site at 10:10am and waited. No one was at the store, we tried calling the number on their sign, no one answered. Then I got to sit in the cold on hold waiting on Customer Service (not there fault their busy) but 2 seperate calls into CS finally got a hold of the store Owner at 11:30am only to hear that he was there until 11am and guess he didn't hear us.. there were no there cars, no fresh steps in the snow going to the store, front or back, because we banged on both doors. Do yourself a favor and don't get your truck at this location!!

Thé car hauler was fine but we had never joined one up and the guy never came out to help us
kim RI reserved a truck at the Stroudtech agent for after hours pick up. It was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait 2+ hours for the store to open in order to pick up my UHaul truck
NICHOLAS CPick up location was changed 3 times in a row and truck had bad breaks. Also no way to get money back for the furniture pads which i never received and i paid for. Last time using uhal, i would rather rent truck from some other company.
Aman SLightning should always work.
