Joshua BRental equipment kept on the north side of the building and the office is on the south side of the building with minimal signage. Store is a sketchy used computer store, felt a bit like a pawn shop.
Robert KThe trailer that we rented did not have a long enough electrical cord-despite uhauls instructions stating to make sure there is enough slack to ensure proper lighting. We then switched it for another U-Haul trailer and that cord was barely long enough but we were able to make it work. Thank goodness there was another one available. Upon returning there were more trailers and we looked and they had longer cords. You should not be renting out trailers if the cord is not long enough. Please inspect your rental products prior to renting! The person at the front desk could have been more helpful.
