I believe the rule level upon rental was incorrect. I drove 20 miles and added $20 in fuel yet I was charged $40 based on the return fuel level

STEVEN QVan buried in snow and ice. No scraper or brush provided. Driving 400 at 100 km/h and discovered no windscreen fluid. No owners manual to figure out how to release hood. Uhaul credited my invoice to cover cost of fluid. Booking was done day before. Preparation should have been done before we arrived. I am 62 and my friend 78
