RUSSEL OThey don't sell U haul accessories rather other brands. fun fact they sold me a conversion adapter for $27 which was available at Canadian Tire for $11. Not recommended to visit this place.
Salil KOn the 16th of August, 2025 I placed and reserved an order for 7am, 30th of August for a 20ft truck to be picked up at the Harry Walker UHaul location. I then received an email on the 29th at 8:26pm that the location and time of my pickup had changed, less than 12 hours to my pickup time. I understand that life happens and logistics is a very tricky business so I reached out to the customer service letting them know that the time is very important but I can handle the location change because I had to drop off the load I wanted to carry and head over to New York for a logistics gig I had. I received no help whatsoever and the reason was that the Harry walker location opens at 9. I should have been told this from the onset so I can review my options. I could not make it to New York because time was no longer in my favor. I just think this was an overall poor experience and a proactive communication should have helped in sorting things out.
