Check in was a disaster.... Not properly trained people on site. Took over and hour and there was no one there when I arrived to pick up my reserved truck. Had to wait 45 mins for someone to arrive to pickup my rented truck. Doubt I will ever recommend them or use them again. Very disappointing with this location. Gives UHaul a bad name. 😞

DALLAS TUhaul in Iola ks is the best. Great people and friendly staff.
JANET DJust location. Very dirty. Unorganized. Had to wait on person to even get there. They had to call him to come back to the location when I couldn't get the app to download pictures of uhaul. He said to just "skip it and leave". There were other vehicles parked in exits and drive making it very difficult to get out.
MELODY Opick up was easy. Trailer was great guys were extremely helpful. wonderful experience thanks guys for everything and all the good information about the trailers. Thanks for the extra hand and getting me set up and on the road.!
