The lady at Ionia Floral was very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with a taillight on the first trailer and she got me switched to another one quickly. I would definitely go back for a rental in the future.

ERNEST SThis location has a huge, well-paved lot, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only "odd" thing about this location is that it is not obvious a customer should go into the flower shop to handle U-Haul transactions. There are many U-Haul vehicles on the lot, so it's obvious that you're in the right place. But maybe some large U-Haul signage by the front door is needed.
