Give the suppplies purchased to the customer when the transaction finishes so they don’t have to come in and ask, make sure things are actually cleaned, don’t schedule a drop off for 615 and not inform of a after hours fee, was just informed it’s fine and same price for extra time and got a extra charge.

Easy in and out
Blues HYou charged me $25 for a cleaning fee. That was uncalled for. I didn’t wash it or vacuum it out, but I made sure it was clean of trash or anything obvious. I think you charge this knowing it’s impossible to argue so you’ll get away with it.
