UHaul needs to do better. I was VERY disappointed with the rental given to me. The heat index was above 100 degrees. The attendant knew where I was driving to. When I picked the unit up the location was not open and I did everything on line. I was driving to Chicago from Ionia Michigan, a 216 mile trip in 100 degree weather. and back. The air-conditioning did not work. The drivers side sun visor was broke and hanging down in my line of sight and had to continually be removed. Like the 100 degree temp outside and NO air-conditioning was bad enough. I was not impressed and I would find another place to rent from in the future.. I beleive U Haul should do better or try and make this experience more pleasurable in the future. But as of rite now I would not ever rent another UHaul if needed. U Haul should do much better. Thank you for the survey and I am sure nothing will be done to correct this VERY bad experience that I had with U Haul. Thank you.

Lloyd sEvery year for a few years now I’ve used U-Haul twice a year to help me open and close my cottage. I always go to Ionia to rent because Brenda and her staff are wonderful to work with! I will always use her establishment for U-Haul rentals.

Bruce SLower mileage cost gas is already expensive enough and sonis the rental.. but an additional $.99 per mile on top of the alreadycostly enough rental amd ins. Is rediculous and testers on extortion
