Your app is trash. I was unable to return the tow dolly when pushed to do so through the app. I ultimately had to call customer service twice to complete the return. Customer service representatives were pleasant and helpful and ultimately resolved the issue.

Max MA GREAT experience for a nearly 70 y/o single lady. First time renter; made it super easy and was very nice, respectful and courteous.
DIANE KEverything was great. I had to change my order to a different trailer last minute because of height reasons which was my fault and they made it happen quick and I was on my way. Very helpful and I definitely recommend. Trailer rental price is affordable and equipment looks well maintained.
