I contacted U Haul several days before my pick up , I was asked if I wanted insurance added . I asked if the amount was a one time charge or per day , the lady said it was a one time charge . upon picking up the trailer it was per day ...... It was not worth arguing about but extra charges need to be better explained by call takers ..................

CHRIS HThe electrical connect had been drop on the ground causing it to not work properly. The ratchet for the straps were dirty with sand and grit making it difficult to use. Overall though I would rent again as it was very useful.
