We made a reservation for a whole day and they changed our reservation. They told us they needed it back by a certain time because they double booked the day. We told them we wouldn't have back in time. They were very rude and unprofessional handling this sale. Idk what kind of business you guys are running but it's terrible.
DOUGLAS BThere was some confusion on the times of when the truck was supposed to be returned but I had a confirmation number it was two different times apparently because there was a truck and a tow behind with the tow behind wasn't due back until 5:45 and I brought it back at 5:00 because it was attached to the truck so everything seemed to be okay everything as well maintained and cleaned when I returned it the gas was where it was supposed to be like I said it was a pleasure and it was appreciative to U-Haul for letting me use your equipment I'm a stage 4 cancer patient and it was a big move and a lot of work and I thank you for the opportunity to use your equipment to move to a safer and more secure location where I can get the help I need thank you again and God bless you all 🙏♥️
