It is unfortunate that there is a Uhaul location 3 miles from me but I had to drive 25 miles to another location for a truck rental doubling the cost of the 10 hour rental .Sandra D.

I had rented a 15f. But when I got there. There was no 15ft there. It wasn't returned. So I was given a 26ft. I had no choice in cause we needed to move. But filling up the gas wasn't pleasant.Shannon R.

Only problem was they had wrong trailer reserved, but they had the one i needed so changed it out!STEVEN S.
Let the location keep additional tools in stock, or don't let me pay for dollies and furniture pads that are not available at that location. It would also be super helpful if the dollies and pads were already in the truck we reserved. The pickup location didn't even know we had paid for the extra tools.Jared L.

I was told it was clean inspected and ready! When I went to pick it up it was dirty inside the cab with ashes from a cigarette and smelled very bad, also glass shattered all over in the cargo areapaul A.
After I unloaded the truck in Marquette, U-Haul wanted me to drive 40 miles to drop off the truck and trailer. There are a dozen places to drop off trucks in Marquette. Then I am threatened if I don't drop the truck and trailer off in Gwinnett MI, UHaul will charge me another $500. Very unsatisfactoryBJORN O.

The online checkin was a little slow and glitchy, but it worked in the end.Jason E.
The Uhaul we had only had 51 thousand miles on it and it drove like shit. It wouldnt shift into gear all the way, would start chugging and going downhill it would rev super high. We literally questioned if we were going to make it back. Def not a good feeling.Heather P.

Original location was changed as they didn't have the trailer that was reserved resulting in nearly a 22 mile out of the way new location to get the promised trailer. The reservation was screwed up made out for a one-way rather than local and total foreign tow vehicle. Had to get owner to come straighten everything out.Grant S.

Rented a tow dolly. First dolly had a zip tie holding the ramp in place instead of a cotter pin. So once the tie was cut to extend ramp there was no way to retract it and secure it for driving. Second tow dolly on site had no electrical harness to hook up brake lights and signals. My husband had to swap parts between the two to have a functional unit.Laurie K.
Truck interior was dirty. The blanket pads smelled strongly of cat urine, so that means they weren't cleaned prior to my use. Check engine light came on, which after The rental place told me was a common occurrence. I don't feel for what I paid that I got my moneys worth.paul A.
