The only reason the experience wasn’t perfect was because the parking lot was an absolute nightmare. I was soaked half way to my knees walking to the store from the truck and had no change of socks or shoes due to moving. Ruined my day, but truck was great for the little I used it.

When I picked up auto transport trailer I received no help in connecting the trailer to my truck because the weather was bad very poor customer service

STEPHAN LThere needs to be more lighting where the key pickup is because it's too dark to see the combination lock letters. There needs to be a different lock because in zero degree weather the lock needed pliers to open.
