The drop/return date was not communicated and I therefore thought that it needed to be returned on the same day of the pick-up.
James DI had to drive 1.5 hours to pick up the trailer. I had booked the trailer in Houghton/Hancock area but there were none available in the area.
Claire AMake sure the people who you use to rent this out be better at there jobs!! And maybe when I person calls to talk to one of your customer service people to help they could be a bit more helpful instead of telling me it was a College town and that’s why it was so much. Really $200. To go 50 miles and drop it off the next day!!
THOMAS SI had to drive 20 miles to pick up a 6x12 trailer since none of the three locations nearer me had the equipment needed. Better distribution of trailers would be helpful.
