The app didnt work well on my android phone and I had to complete the checkout process 5 times in order to make it work, I am not sure if it was just my phone, but my feedback would be to have the engineers check the app. otherwise a good experience, and i appreciate the ability to check in and check out with the app. thank you.

ARACELIS USuper quick and easy. Driver door on my vehicle didn’t clean too well. Link to take pictures of the car before leaving arrived almost 10 minutes after I had left and was not notified about taking those pics at pickup. So if those are of high importance that should be discussed at pickup.
