The manager was an hour late to open the store and I couldn’t get my U-Haul until 1030 for a 930 reservation. Then when he did arrive he had to find all the equipment I needed because it wasn’t in the truck which took another 30 minutes. Then when we got back we had accidentally gone over in our gas and he said “U-Haul doesn’t like that”
