See comment above. The Uhaul system messed up my return location, so I was unable to return it to where I actually requested. This resulted in a 2nd trip, and more miles and gas to get the vehicle returned. This also took more time and several phone calls to the service center to fix. The team members I spoke with were great. But the system outage really made this experience inconvient since I needed to get to the pick up and drop off locations 2x each (4 trips total) and several phone calls to resolve.
Byron YThe lady is very helpful and knowledgeable in this location. It is much better to deal with her in person than using the UHAUL APP. The UHAUL 24 hour service takes you an hour to get a response. When returning the truck, their APP does not work well so you end up calling and you have to wait for more than 1 hour to get a response. UHAUL APP IS A BIG JOKE!!!
