The tires were completely wore out. My wife picked up the trailer and did not know to look and check thing out. We had a 6 hour trip on wore out dry rotted tires with cracks in them. Ridiculous

The pickup area was large. The owner and her assistant were great and accommodating. I had an issue the lights on my truck (not the trailer), so I had to delay the pickup for a day.
