Mobile pick up was very frustrating. The website buttons were not working. The call queue was 45 minutes. This caused us to be late picking up movers. I had to pay them anyway so my out of pocket cost were higher than I expected. The pickup location was very convenient and easy to use.

JOHNO WThe tires were completely wore out. My wife picked up the trailer and did not know to look and check thing out. We had a 6 hour trip on wore out dry rotted tires with cracks in them. Ridiculous
