Drop off was easy and a clear spot to drop the keys.
Michael kMobile pick up was very frustrating. The website buttons were not working. The call queue was 45 minutes. This caused us to be late picking up movers. I had to pay them anyway so my out of pocket cost were higher than I expected. The pickup location was very convenient and easy to use.
