U-Haul confirmed my reservation, but Devon self storage claimed they never received it. There was no one in the facility when I arrived. U-Haul stated they were supposed to be there with no lunch break. The van was muddy. The manager claimed that the renter prior to me had paid for the cleaning fee so she wouldn’t charge me. I haven’t looked at my receipt, but there should not be a charge for cleaning. I ended up spending way more than intended, but that was my fault. All in all I didn’t have a good experience this time.
