Rep was very nice, although I am a 65 year man with back issues so lifting the trailer onto my hitch by myself was EXTREMELY difficult. I found them very polite and helpful otherwise.
Paul GShocks were very bad, wipers bad, oil low, battery died, and could not get source to play using phone. After driving 13 hrs had to stay up to meet repair man so it would start in the morning.
