The two employees didn't have any uniform to identify themselves as U-Haul employees and the location was in an undesirable location. I was given a truck on 0 miles to empty and had to navigate to an unknown gas station. The process of picking up the truck was not explained to me prior to pick up (i.e. calling customer service while I waited in the pickup location's dirty automotive shop).
Michael TThe first truck I picked had no gas and had the check engine and tire pressure warning lights on. I exchanged for a second truck. When I turned that in, I was incorrectly charged for extra fuel, despite returning it with more gas than I started.

kiara JDidn't have the right size truck that I reserved but charged me first. Stood outside for forever. Gas tank had 2 miles to E and said I had to get gas myself. Didn't get my full refund. Definitely would not recommend this place!!
