The location looked abandoned when I arrived even after customer service stated they opened at 9. At return still no one was present at location. I received my final receipt after being told someone from the business had to verify everything and there was an additional charge. When I reached out to customer service I was told they could not locate my photos of the gas level and odometer. I offered to provide receipt for the gas I put in the truck and was told No that was not needed. Going forward I will only use a certified Uhaul location instead of a 3rd party vendor
