Didn't have the right size truck that I reserved but charged me first. Stood outside for forever. Gas tank had 2 miles to E and said I had to get gas myself. Didn't get my full refund. Definitely would not recommend this place!!

Great customer service the vehicle was fine besides the roughness of the ride it was loud in the cabin. But other then that perfect experience.

JESSIE CThe location looked abandoned when I arrived even after customer service stated they opened at 9. At return still no one was present at location. I received my final receipt after being told someone from the business had to verify everything and there was an additional charge. When I reached out to customer service I was told they could not locate my photos of the gas level and odometer. I offered to provide receipt for the gas I put in the truck and was told No that was not needed. Going forward I will only use a certified Uhaul location instead of a 3rd party vendor
