The location looks abandoned. No one was at the location when I got there. I had to wait over 15 minutes before Ia guy showed up. He had me call a number to speak with a woman (I’m not even sure if she was the owner of the location) to walk me through the process. It seemed very sketchy. To the point I almost canceled my reservation. I do not recommend and I will not rent from that location ever again.

Uhaul at 3339 N Main St is the best UHaul in Jacksonville. Monique did her best to do everything she could to help and to make sure I was satisfied. I will recommend anyone to come to this location. If you ever need a UHaul in the Jacksonville area remember to call this location first.
