Nice people but they're new to renting and there's still a bit of disconnect / double entry between reserving on the website and the additional information they need from you in an oddly informal manner. Calling the manager, waiting for him to decide to call the employee back, and passing information through WhatsApp isn't an experience that builds confidence, but in the end the charges were correct and there was no issue.
