JAVIER SLet's start at the beginning. I was supposed to pick up at the U-Haul place on Biscayne. Then it was changed the day of pickup to Lem Turner. Annoying, but okay. Got there to find the place closed for the day. Finally 3rd times the charm and ended up on Main St. Considering I'm not from Jax, this was irritating to say the least, especially when I selected Biscayne for a reason. It was directly across from the storage units I was emptying and had labor scheduled to show up at. Now I had to push that schedule back and drive around looking for the truck and trailer. Get your act together, U-Haul The woman at Sicustomz was beyond polite and professional. Everyone could take lessons from her on how to do customer service. Promote above peers.
