Monique is such a wonderful person to work with. She is always there to take care of our needs. We use siccustomz uhaul location on main st regularly and would highly recommend anyone in need of a truck to ask for Monique if they want to have a flawless experience.
Rob RThe location looks abandoned. No one was at the location when I got there. I had to wait over 15 minutes before Ia guy showed up. He had me call a number to speak with a woman (I’m not even sure if she was the owner of the location) to walk me through the process. It seemed very sketchy. To the point I almost canceled my reservation. I do not recommend and I will not rent from that location ever again.
Shakesha YUhaul at 3339 N Main St is the best UHaul in Jacksonville. Monique did her best to do everything she could to help and to make sure I was satisfied. I will recommend anyone to come to this location. If you ever need a UHaul in the Jacksonville area remember to call this location first.
