I was charged $20 for convenient fee because I turned in the truck after hours and didn’t close out the ticket online. I was not aware that I needed to do that and I was never informed. What you can do to improve your services is ,let your customers know they will be charged a $20 convenient fee if they returned the truck after hours and didn’t close out their ticket online.
