Not sure how to rate this location. I dropped the trailer off myself next to similar trailers in the lot. Nice people but nobody came out of the office, and they kept my copy of the contract. The emailed receipt was $0.00 so I am not sure if the total charges of 375.84 are to be refunded.

The left rear tire had a valve leak, and they must have known about it because Ila’s I was leaving the lot in the truck I noticed and pulled up to tell them. The guy was pulling the air hose toward the tire before I even told them. The whole way I had to keep stopping at gas stations to refill the tire because the air was escaping too fast. That means I put more miles than needed on the drive, and that is a safety issue on the road.
NHAJAH CI will be making this location my "go to " for my rentals. They have everything available and the service is professional and very friendly
STEVEN HStated I didn't want or need the 2 wheel dolly in the rear of the truck. Would not remove it. When I brought the truck back and opened the back door the dolly had came loose and she charged me for the use of it. Then complained to me that I left the back end dirty. The broom I used to sweep out the truck was still in the back. I returned it cleaner than how it was rented out to me.
