My only issue was with the app. It was down and I couldn't login and register my movements and return of keys
Samuel AThe reserved trailer pickup process took nearly an hour as the man helping me sent his son to look for the trailer to eventually discover he didn’t know what he was looking to find. This lasted through a half dozen phone calls between them until the pistol shoulder holstering attendant found the energy to get from behind the desk to do the work himself. The whole encounter was so ridiculously unprofessional and frustrating. We identified at pickup my phone number was wrong and I hadn’t received the confirmation text message. Which I was assured would be corrected. When I returned at 2pm, the attendant couldn’t be bothered to come out of the empty office to inspect or receive the equipment. Still explaining I never got the text, was told it wasn’t necessary. Days later I was notified that an additional charge had been run on my credit card from U-Haul claiming an after hours service fee. A tactic others also complained about for this location after reading their reviews.

JULIO RI was charged $20 for an after hour drop off that I was not aware of. Had I’ve been informed that out of waited into the morning.
