The two people running the place always show up 10-30 minutes late. Very young kid running the computer doesn't know what he is doing. Sat with him for over an hour trying to set me up with a trailer. After an hour he said to me that he couldn't rent to me. I stepped outside and set up a reservation myself using the app. Then went and got who I assume was the mother to complete my reservation. Always have some problem at this location.

Tommy KEquipment had no gas, before I could drive off the lot was charged twice, didn’t use as many miles as I thought yet was scammed out of over $415 for a truck I only had for 24 hours and drove less than 25 miles. Instead of refunding me for 20 less miles he decided to use my card and run it up knowing I would be busy moving. I started to rent again the next day then I saw the charges, and then too late I checked the ratings. I don’t recommend any customer to be taken advantage of and scammed while it’s already chaotic moving.
