The uhauls AC was broken and gas meter was slow, which caused me to put $30 more in the tank

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI paid and was told to go to a grass lot across the street and hook it up myself. I had a problem with the hitch but no one got off their ass to help. Had I not needed to use it I would have gone back inside the disgusting office and dragged the punk over to hook it up or at least help me. The pick up sucked. The drop off was the way it should be on both ends.

REGINA BWe have been to some sketchy looking UHaul locations and this was the worst one. However, at even the sketchiest looking locations, we have always felt the staff was honest. That was not the case with this location. We felt like the staff was looking for ways to charge a fee. For example, when checking the back of the truck, we realized we left a small piece of the bedframe which we promptly removed. The staff member then said something about if it has been any "dirtier" they would have had to charge us a cleaning fee. For this reason, I would NEVER rent from this place and, honestly, if I were returning a truck in the Jacksonville area, I would find a different UHaul dealer.
