I had to take valuable time and expense from my move and travel to Jamestown to get the truck and then return to Mandan. They werent going to compensate for the time, mileage or fuel to deal with your companies lack of customer service. Wont use your company again and will be vocal when telling others about my experience.

NGOC PI returned my 10-foot truck here and the staff was incredibly helpful, which made the return process simple and easy.
